Fast Pants
I was quite honored to not only have a precon at this year’s SQLBits, but also a regular session on Friday about indexes.
And yes, I made good on the fundraising effort!
If I hit my goal on this, I’m gonna deliver my @SQLBits indexes session dressed like a proper Freddie. Working hard on my AY-YO.

Thank you to everyone who donated, attended the session, and of course the lovely people at SQLBits for putting on a great conference. Hope to see everyone again next year…
Loved the friendly competition between @pinaldave and @erikdarlingdata at @SQLBits this year!
Up for a rematch next year? “Rumble in the Bits Jungle?” anyone? #SQLBits pic.twitter.com/xGM3Q8EpU7— Alex Whittles (@PurpleFrogAlex) March 3, 2019
Going Further
If this is the kind of SQL Server stuff you love learning about: these days I have AI do the annoying stuff for me. My new video course teaches you to work the same way, and I teach whole teams in a one-day workshop. Someone still has to know enough SQL Server to keep the robots in check, and that’s what my training is for.
